Thanks for letting me know I'm not doing this for just for my health!
I know if you're couponing and buying in bulk you might have a bunch of cake mixes but you know you won't use them before they're outdated...here is a great recipe!
1 package any cake mix
1 egg
1/4 c oil
1/4 c water
1 cup of nuts, chocolate chips, fruit etc. (if you want)
Mix first 4 ingredients and then add the last. Roll into balls and bake 350 for 15 min.
Kimberly adds a Ande's mint right when they come out and then when it's soft swirls it into a circle! (she does it with a chocolate cake mix)

ReplyDeleteYou can also add frosting between these cookies and make them oreo cookies. Yum!
ReplyDeleteCake cookies are one of my favorite treats to make with my kids! They are easy and you can make ummy oreos with a chocolate mix, and cream cheese frosting!!!
