I'm Gettin Grocery Smart!
I went to a class in Draper where Shauntel taught the class. It was AWESOME! This will be so EASY! All I've got to do is save up my newspapers, look online, pick my grocery list, clip my coupons, and shop! The great thing about it is that I don't have to clip all the coupons, keep track of them and then try to find what I need when I need it. You keep them as pamphlets w/ the date on the front (Red Plum, Smart Source & P&G) then when you make your grocery list it tells you where to find the coupon for the product. For example RP 1/14 So the coupon is in January 14th Red Plum. I can save over 1/2 on my grocery bill. I'll post the site and code on the blog and you can start it up too! Just save up your neighbor's or family's sunday paper that they don't use and you'll be good to go! The code for Utah is G84RCM and if you have any questions call me 996-8429.

A Long Time Coming!
Back in August of 2007 my friend Colette moved to Las Vegas Nevada and started using the grocery game. It is an online site that you pay to use to help you match coupons with grocery ads to save over 50% on your grocery bill. Well, I was a little stubborn because I didn't want to pay to use the site. My waiting paid off she introduced to me a free online site that does the same thing but you have access to all the grocery stores. I just need to attend a class and I'll be set! Wahoo!

Here is my story...
December 22, 2007 my world turned upside down. We were headed to Texas to visit my husband's family for Christmas when we were T-Boned by a truck coming at 65-75 mph.
I won't get into all the details but I was in the ICU, my husband was in a coma, and thankfully my 5 month old baby only had a scratch on his head!
Dave, my husband, suffered a Traumatic Brain Injury from the accident that has left us out of work for almost a year now. So I've decided my new 9 to 5 job is saving money by shopping smart! I hope this helps you as much as it will help me!
